InstaGasWorks, a Gas Safe plumbing and heating company in South London, had no website. We built one with a postcode coverage checker, 18 local area pages, published prices and an online enquiry form, and we keep working on it to bring in more visitors.

InstaGasWorks had no website at all. A Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating company covering South London, working from word of mouth and the phone, with nowhere online for a customer to check coverage, see prices or send an enquiry.
The first question a caller asks is whether the company works in their area. The site answers it before the call: type a postcode and it points you to the local page with prices and response times, or tells you to call or email if you are just outside the patch.
Eighteen local pages, one per area from Balham to Wimbledon, each with its own introduction, distance from the Streatham base and the services offered there. They give people searching for a plumber in their own area a page that speaks to them.
Eight service pages cover boiler installation, repair and servicing, plumbing, emergency call-outs, bathroom and kitchen fitting and powerflush. Prices are published up front on the services and rates pages rather than revealed when an engineer is already in the kitchen.
Customers describe the fault in a short form with their name, phone and email, or tap straight through to the phone number or WhatsApp. The page also shows recent jobs from the van, so a new visitor can see the work before they get in touch.
A website only earns its keep if people find it. The local area pages and the service pages with their prices give the site something to be found for, and we keep working on it after launch to bring in more visitors, so a search for a plumber in South London has a better chance of ending at InstaGasWorks.
Since launch the owner reports more customers coming through. Anyone in South London can now check coverage, see a price and send an enquiry without picking up the phone.
