Bridge Voicevs Cyberstaff
Cyberstaff is a London AI receptionist company selling to much the same small businesses we do, which makes it a natural comparison. Their pricing is not on their website, though: it lives in a help centre article, and inside the product once you have an account. The two sets of figures do not currently agree, so the note below the table sets out exactly what we saw and where.

Cyberstaff pricing and features here are taken from their own help centre article "How much does it cost?", last updated 17 January 2026 and read on 4 August 2026. It lists £45 for 150 minutes, £75 for 300 and £120 for 600, all plus VAT. Cyberstaff does not publish pricing on its main website. The pricing shown inside the product on 4 August 2026 differed, listing an entry tier at £30 for 100 minutes, and we have compared against the help centre figures because those are the ones anyone can check. Either way the effective entry rate is 30p a minute. Confirm current terms with Cyberstaff directly before you buy.

Where Cyberstaff beats us
If we only listed our own strengths this page would not be worth your time. Here is where Cyberstaff would genuinely serve you better.
Lead quality scoring is included from their £75 tier. Bridge Voice has no equivalent, so if you are triaging a lot of enquiries and want them ranked for you, that is real work we leave you to do by hand.
Email and SMS notifications are included on every one of their tiers. Bridge Voice Starter is voice only, so if you want text confirmations at the entry price, they do something we do not.
They are a well-funded London company with public customer reviews and a broader "AI workforce" product beyond call answering. If you want admin automation bundled with your receptionist, that is a genuinely different proposition.

Is Bridge Voice cheaper than Cyberstaff?
On entry pricing, yes. Bridge Voice Starter is £30 a month for 250 minutes. The cheapest tier in Cyberstaff's help centre is £45 plus VAT for 150 minutes. That is 12p/min against 30p a minute, on a bill that is £15 lower before VAT is even counted. The gap holds further up, since their best published rate is 20p a minute on the £120 Scale plan, while Bridge Voice Lite is 9.9p/min at £99. Checked 4 August 2026.
What does Cyberstaff cost?
Their help centre lists three tiers: £45 a month for 150 minutes of talk time, £75 for 300 minutes, and £120 for 600 minutes, with additional minutes at 30p, 25p and 20p respectively. They state that all prices are plus VAT. Cyberstaff does not publish pricing on its main website, and the figures shown inside the product did not match the help centre when we checked, so confirm the current price with them directly.
What can Cyberstaff do that Bridge Voice cannot?
Two things worth knowing. Lead quality scoring is included from their £75 tier, and Bridge Voice has no equivalent at any price. And email and SMS notifications are included on all of their tiers, while Bridge Voice Starter is voice only, so you would need Lite for text confirmations. On simultaneous calls and transcripts the two are equivalent, since both answer multiple calls at once and record every conversation.
What happens when you run out of minutes?
On Cyberstaff you pay 30p, 25p or 20p a minute depending on your tier. On Bridge Voice you pay 35p a minute, or you buy a minute pack in advance from 12p/min, and you can set a hard spend cap so a busy month cannot run away with your bill. Cyberstaff also caps out at 600 minutes on its highest published tier, so a business with real call volume runs out of plan.
