The Challenge

The business was running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and manual handoffs between the warehouse, drivers and office staff. Orders were processed manually, routes were planned by gut feeling, and customers had no visibility on deliveries. What We Built

We built a centralised operations platform that connects every part of the business. Orders flow in automatically and get assigned to optimised delivery routes. Drivers use a mobile app with real-time GPS tracking, proof of delivery and status updates. Customers receive automated notifications at every stage — dispatched, on the way, delivered. A management dashboard provides live visibility across the entire operation: active deliveries, driver locations, order throughput and exception alerts.
